You know this bike is fast, because the Aerium C:68X SLX is closely based on triathlete Lucy Charles-Barclay’s World Championship-winning bike. Configurable hydration and storage options sit behind aero hatches, adding the ability to run up to two hydration systems for better self-sufficiency, even during long races. We fitted a Newmen STREEM Aero/Sprint TT 60/80 Vonoa wheelset shod with Continental Grand Prix 5000 TT tyres and aero valves for rapid acceleration, superior aero performance and safe cornering grip. The CUBE C:68X® cockpit system puts the rider in the optimum position, with a huge range of adjustment for the aero bars. A Sram Force AXS 2×12 drivetrain with built-in powermeter ensures the right gear is always right there. And absolutely all of it is crafted from our premium C:68X® carbon. We sweated the detail, so your sweat can be translated into pure speed.
Frame description
Developed in close collaboration with CUBE athlete and World champion Lucy Charles-Barclay, the Aerium C:68X can rightly claim its title as the fastest frame we’ve ever made. Every detail, from the aero fork design, disc brake integration and in-frame hydration and storage systems has been designed with zero compromise, tested in the wind tunnel and then tested again under pressure, in race conditions. Lucy has full confidence in the frame and its configurable storage and hydration and now you can, too.
