Staying safe on your bike in the city can be a job in itself, but we just made it a little bit easier. The Supreme Hybrid Deluxe SLT 625 makes use of Magura’s powerful MT C ABS hydraulic disc brakes, with Bosch’s clever anti-lock system at the front ensuring it’s almost impossible to lose control, even under heavy braking. But that’s not all. We also fitted the Bosch Connect Module for extra GPS tracking, alarm and lock functionality. And, with the powerful Bosch CX drive unit, a 625Wh battery and the clean, quiet and almost maintenance-free Gates belt drive, it’s easy to arrive at your destination fresh and relaxed. There’s even a comfy RockShox Paragon Gold air suspension fork and an adjustable stem. Throw in the included semi-integrated luggage carrier, mudguards, kickstand and lighting system, and it’s all you need for carefree urban cycling.
Frame description
We built the Supreme Hybrid’s frame to be simple, safe, elegant and practical. The PowerTube design incorporates the Bosch 625Wh battery inside the frame for sleek looks, whilst the Bosch CX drive – with up to 85Nm of pedal assistance – is housed so neatly you’ll barely notice it’s there. The Easy Entry design does exactly what it says, making access simple – and there’s a range of sizes from 46 to 58cm. We used a tapered head tube because it’s strong, safe and improves steering accuracy for easy, intuitive handling. There’s a semi-integrated luggage carrier, and the frame is specifically designed for low-maintenance hub gears. But it’s not all about practicality – we also used our Smooth Welding technique for an organic, elegant appearance that you’ll love.
